Virtual counseling, grounded in community.
Virginia Telehealth Counseling brings individual, couples, and trauma-focused therapy to you — by secure video, wherever you are in the state.
About Virginia Telehealth Counseling
Virginia Telehealth Counseling is a Virginia-based therapy practice built around one idea: real emotional relief takes more than insight — it takes trauma-informed, body-aware care, delivered with consistency and warmth. Every session happens by secure video, so care fits into your life instead of asking you to rearrange your life around a waiting room.
"Insight is not the same as relief."
That distinction guides how the practice works: helping clients move beyond simply understanding their patterns, toward actually feeling different — using EMDR, somatic therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) alongside more traditional approaches like CBT and ACT. For couples and families, sessions draw on the Gottman Method to help rebuild connection and communication.

Your clinician
Sessions are led by Morgan Cobb, LPC, a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients across Virginia entirely by telehealth. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Charleston Southern University in 2022, and has spent the years since focused on trauma-informed, body-aware therapy.
